I dag hadde jeg vanlig gul kepal\u00f8k, v\u00e5rl\u00f8k, banansjalottl\u00f8k, v\u00e5rl\u00f8k, r\u00f8dl\u00f8k, purre og hvitl\u00f8k. Alt ble hakket opp og surret i en solid klikk med sm\u00f8r til det begynte \u00e5 bli lysebrunt og feste seg i bunnen av en vanlig st\u00e5lgryte. S\u00e5 helte jeg over 2 dl kremfl\u00f8te og to spiseskjeer soyasaus (den salte japanske typen) og lot det putre til fl\u00f8ten s\u00e5 sm\u00e5tt begynte \u00e5 tykne. Det var det hele.
